All the weight sheets are made of high-density pure rubber, which has excellent elongation and recovery properties, and can be used alone, and the low elasticity of the rubber plate can also protect the floor from damage. Using them will make you feel like you are in a commercial gym.

We calibrate our plates beyond IWF standards and now maintain a tight tolerance of +/- 0.05%. The plate is 450mm/17.72inch in diameter with a 50.5mm center hole (+/- 0.5%) for a precise and secure fit on 2" diameter Olympic barbells.
