Product was as described. Packaging was good. Shipping was prompt. The product itself is a well constructed and it seems reliable (only time will tell). I purchased this model because of the price point. I was unsure if I was going to stay focused and continue to ride it as part of my daily workout (so far, so good). With all of this said, if you're looking for a great priced, entry level stationary bike, this is it. BestBuy made this was an effortless and easy purchase.
