Very disappointed. The bike arrived with a seat post/frame section that does not fit together properly, making the bike unusable. Since the post will not slide into the frame, no one can sit on or ride the bike safely. It appears this may have been a returned item that was repackaged and shipped out again. I spent time assembling it only to find that a major part does not fit. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.
