Everything was super easy to assemble. The barbell is sturdy and comfortable, even for my small hands. Swapping out weights is quick and easy as well. Can't wait to use the kettlebell option as well.

Id really rate this a 4.5 but selected 4. Its a versatile home workout set thats perfect for beginners to figure out what they enjoy whether its dumbbells, a barbell, kettlebell etc. The design is really efficient, and I especially appreciate the kettlebell feature. The weights max out at 90 lbs, which is great for beginner to intermediate levels. I think its an ideal starter solution, and eventually Ill need to upgrade to heavier adjustable dumbbells. Its also perfect for my condos or a small workout rooms. The grips are comfortable and non-slip, the price is excellent, and switching between setups is quick and easy. The only drawback for me is that it feels a bit bulky at higher weightsbut thats a minor issue. I fully expect to outgrow it in about a year, but for now, its a fantastic value and a smart way to build strength at home.
