New for Espresso

I bought this as soon as it was available. I'm sure that many like me bought it for use withe the Fellow ES1 espresso machine. My judgement: So far so good! I'll need more time to get a greater evaluation of the nuances.

Zero retention

I love Opus 2 because of zero retention. I grinded 18g beans without adding water spray, and zero retention was made after two times of grinding. It is very easy to use and essopress taste good.
