Produced lined/waves in all pouches. Was told the unit was defective. The seller gave a very hard time about returning after the two week return window, and the company Fellowes was rude. I wouldn’t buy from either the seller or this brand again. Defective unit within 3 weeks of purchase and to be given the run around is absurd for a laminator this expensive.
