Our old cheap shredder was failing. Buying a paper shredder is not an exciting purchase and I hesitated to spend more than $70. Reading the descriptions on this made me wonder if it would be worth spending more. One week into using it and I will 100% recommend this one! I never thought shredding paper could be near silent. And the results are tiny pieces which don't fill up the bin nearly as fast. It actually is a very nice looking unit as well! We use it for junk mail and I can put an entire credit card offer envelope in without opening! This is one of those purchases I am so much happier than planned. It was fulfilled by Staples but that was seamless. I like being able to purchase through Best Buy instead of yet another retailer. The tracking updates were a little off and it came earlier than expected which was nice.
