Warranty process sucks

Works great until it doesn’t. Stopped holding temperature and while under warranty they require you to fill out a service ticket. Crickets. Entered service ticket twice. Crickets. Now out of warranty. Think this is by design?

item was returned to store after waiting three weeks for delivery. did not fit the space salesperson told us the item we wanted was not available and ordered this item. the item we wanted WAS available on Amazon, it was delivered 1(one) week after ordering.
