Buying this fridge was a kafka-esque nightmare. We bought this fridge at the suggestion of a Best Buy sales associate, and only learned when it was delivered that it had no front panels, handles, or ability to hook up water (which are sold separately for at least $1,000 more). To be clear, we expected to buy a complete fridge, this is what the associate sold us, and he never told us there was more to buy (while, in retrospect, upselling us). Trying to get Best Buy to do right after this mess up has been a nightmare. They no longer allow calls to the store, and so you end up directed to a call center that has no power or interest in addressing the issue beyond a refund. Hilariously, I even called customer service, and they told me they could not even locate the panels online as inventory. Basically Best Buy knowing sold us half a fridge and is refusing to take any responsibility. This appears to either be incompetence or a deliberate scheme to upsell you once it is delivered incomplete.
