I purchased the Fisher & Paykel RS36A80J1N refrigerator. Since installation, the ice maker has consistently underperformed, often producing only one or two cubes per day. Despite replacing the water filter as advised by a technician, the issue persists. When I contacted Fisher & Paykel for support, they declined assistance, citing that the service was not arranged directly through them, even though the problem existed from the start. For a premium-priced appliance, this lack of support is unacceptable. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and advise potential buyers to consider other brands that stand behind their products.
