A: WiFi is needed to sync information from scale to phone
A: If you have more than 1 person register to use it and the weights are close so it won't guess and it will put you down as guest
A: Had it in stock when I bought mine and even was on sale.
Q: Can the scale work without owning a fitbit?
A: I believe yes. You just need to download the free Fitbit app which tracks your weight.
Q: My scale keep showing error when I get on it... Is it anything I can do to remove error?
A: Check out the Fitbit support online. The questions and answers are pretty good. If you find that you end up as a guest and you have picked an icon, get on the scale and tap the right hand corner of the scale. If you don't use enough pressure you will need to do it a second time, like I did. It worked well. Worse case, you can use Fitbit's chat option or talk directly to a service representative. I have called them twice. They are really great to work with.
A: I have Aria 2 as well as Comcast. I only have a wireless network in my home and Aria is working great.
Q: Can this scale track weight for multiple users?
A: Yes. Both my wife and I use the scale. There is an icon/avatar that indicates which user is using the scale.
