I have never worn a fitness tracker. My watch actually came with an introductory Premium service. I am a newbie with fitness & fitness watches, but I keep learning more and more about my watch, it is amazing to me how extensive the features are! Their video collection (meditation & exercise) could be more robust!

I can't believe this came with the Fitbit purchase and for cheaper than if you purchased separately. Such a great deal. I purchased this for my cousin for his Birthday as he is getting into fitness and lost 20lbs. This was definitely an added bonus to the purchase!

Loving the premium service, and bought a year at the time I bought my FitBit, but the watch comes with a free trial period. I’m hoping the extended subscription is still good for the full year once the trial expires. Does anyone know?

I just wanted a few Premium features but I have found this to be a great upgrade. Really happy I finally did it.

Buying this through Best Buy is really not as difficult as others mention. Buy it, wait a few minutes, then click the link to open the gift card, click print, close the dialog, and the code is there to enter on the Fitbit redeem page. After that, takes about 24 hours for Fitbit to fully update your experience. It's an alright service, a good way to get more benefit from your Fitbit device. Just wish it was a bit more affordable and that Google was not involved as they are.

Too bad the company is such trash. I like the product. The problem is that when I invested in the warranty I assumed it would be legit. It took months for them to replace my Fitbit device and during those months I was paying for Fitbit premium. I didn’t cancel it cause I thought for sure the device would be fixed/sent soon. Eventually, after months of being charged for premium services without a device I asked for a refund for those months. They don’t offer refunds. So, I canceled. Think I’ll try apple next time.
