I purchased this Fix Me Stick because my computer was giving me some problems and thought that it would resolve my issues according to the information provided online about this product. It was okay, it did not clear up everything but my computer is better and faster now then it was before.

Plug in your usb and run. It took about 1.5 hours on my computer. But it was thorough and removed all the viruses and malware. It's good for a year. Would recommend and would buy again.

I was a little skeptical about it actually removing the spyware ads that were making my computer almost inoperable bit it worked. I found it easy to use but best of all it worked in removing the stuff from my computer and it now works good again.

I purchased this because I suspected a virus on my computer. I have some knowledge of computers so I found this device easy to use. It did detect a virus and removed it but my computer still had issues with the harddrive so I ended up buying a new modem. I also installed this on my laptop and it detected a virus and removed it. I had no other issues with my laptop. I then installed it on my tablet and no viruses were found. The only issue I have with this device is that it doesn't detect zero day viruses.

It took 3 hours to scan my laptop which is no problem. It found and fixed several bugs but my computer is still slow to startup and needs to recover the internet several times a day. For now I would recommend it to a friend but not sure how to state it has helped any performance issues.

After my husband opened an email with a virus and it crashed our laptop, no matter what I tried I couldn't bring it back to life. I decided to purchase the Fix me stick after reading good reviews. Our laptop is now virus free and running like a new computer.

I like having a confirmation that my system is virus free. It was very easy to use once I figured out how to turn my Fast Boot off. It updates itself, which did not take long. I travel, so it is nice to use after I log onto an unfamiliar network.

The device did do a scan and said it quarantined and removed a significant number of viruses. However, the machine does not run any differently than before. It is possible that the poor performance is due to a hardware issue. I performed the scan on a laptop that is about 6 years old, so more than likely it's just time to replace the machine. Overall, the concept is beautifully simple and user friendly. I believe that it does perform as advertised, and likely you could see a boost in performance if you are running an up to date machine.

Ran this on both a PC and a laptop, It found and allowed me to remove viruses and Trojans that neither McAfee nor Norton were detecting.

I have run this on my desk top and it did find a few things, however after running it and following the instructions I am still getting warning messages that I have threats and I still have windows popping up. I will try to run it again in hope that it will fix this problem, but right now I am not impressed and I feel like I have wasted my money on this.

I was not able to use the Fix Me Stick for my computer's issue, as the threats were apparently not the right type for this removal stick to detect. Although it was non-returnable, I am happy to say that the Customer Support was able to walk me through removing the threats on my computer via phone. So I am happy overall with the outcome.

Excellent Product, does what is says. All Pro's, with one draw back which is not due to the product itself. I have a Toshiba, 2 HP's and a Lenovo Yoga. Works like a dream on all but the Lenovo, due to the system does not have the normal optional boot program. The FixMeStick Support worked with me with excellent support to solve the problem and found away around the boot problem. But sadly the system itself still tired to stop the program from working. With that said, this is an excellent safety step, I recommend for all to remove viruses. Remembering the rate of advancement of technology this is not a 100% fix for all possible issues. this is the best option available now and I believe the best possible step for future problems.

The stick worked well on 2 of my 3 laptops. I believe one was corrupted to the point of no return.

Sounds like the biggest scam of software but they do not lie. Product does work and I cleared two pc. Amazing all the things that slip past regular old anti-virus. The computer is off when you plug it in and basically runs in safe mode when booted. Only the fix me stick in active. Took my laptop 10 hours to scan. I approve of this product.

I found the fire stick easy to use even though I am not very good with a computer. I had a few problems with my computer running slow but after using the fire stick, it helped a lot. I haven't used it long enough to know if there are any problems with the stick itself.

No need to understand any computer stuff. It was easy and it found a lot of things that it fixed and my computer ran perfect after it restarted.
