I definitely recommend this product! This higher tier is worth it! The graphics in game are crazy good, and if anyone would ask for the best flight sim ever, I would tell them this one. It’s perfect for anyone for all ages who want to dive into the world of aviation! Highly recommend!

People like me, that buys a "code in a box" version, do that just because we like to collect our games big boxes. But unfortunately, the box comes with a type of adhesive tape, and to open the game box, you need to remove this tape, and to remove it you damage the box. I'm not sure if this tape was put by Asobo/Microsoft or by Best Buy team, but come on guys... let's keep the box for us collectors in pristine condition!

I pre-ordered this game a few weeks ago and looking forward to playing but been waiting in queue for a few hours. Microsoft didn't learn their lesson from Flight Simulator 2020. The included badge is nice.

Finally getting better. When first bought it performed poorly even on super high end computer. That has since been fixed. Hours and hours of fun!

Every patch lists 100+ bugs. My passengers in career mode are hanging outside of the plane, upside down. Constant 80mph crosswind, no matter which mission. Game crashes, losing my career mission money. No marketplace until next year. If you uncheck "clouds", it re-checks it 2 seconds later. Then even though you unchecked "clouds", you get LOTS of clouds anyway. Trim will randomly spike to 100% uptrim (even with auto-trim disabled), stalling your plane and crashing you into the ground.

I have waited for over two years to buy this, I bought a new LG 34 ultra monitor for this and other flight sims. I have FSX and it was fun and I had hundreds of dollars invested in add on planes, but I knew that I wanted to get FS2024. I purchased it recently and I have had issues just trying to get my controls to work correctly as it was in fsx. I went on you tube to see how other people set theirs up and found out I was not the only one having this issue. I have finally been able to get off the ground but still need to add more controls to my flight stick. Hopefully I'll get it done soon. If you buy this check out you tube for help in setting up your controls. I would recommend this but be aware of these issues.

I'm tired of people "reviewing" a product and giving it ONE star because the box didn't impress them or some other trivial thing that has nothing to do with the actual product. I see it all the time in various product reviews. I just wanted to counter the negative "reviews" at this point as it is unfair to the actual product. This current version of Microsoft Flight Simulator has just launched and although the launch was extremely flawed, this version has some maturing to do so it can be truly appreciated for what Microsoft is attempting to achieve. It's no different than any of their previous flight sim titles. It's definitely an improvement over the 2020 version so far and it will only get better over time.

My father loves this game. I got it as a gift for his birthday and he enjoys learning how to fly the different planes. The joystick I got along with it also elevates the immersion.

Excellent game, if you ever have played the series than you know the concept. The graphics on the this game are so real that you feel like you're there. Me and my son really enjoy playing this game together. The developers really took the time and making sure the buildings and scenery were top notch. Purchase at Best Buy went smooth and they had it in stock at my local store! Thanks again to the developers and Best Buy!

I am a real pilot and I can assure you that this simulator is the best I have ever had, very professional, good planes, and all the buttons inside the cockpit work!

I've been playing MSFS since 5.0 and they have come a long way. It was a little buggy in the beginning but is perfect now.

BEST aviation game. It so real and has great graphics definitely will recommend for up coming pilots

Flight Simulator 2024 has numerous modes for play selection variety, nice looking graphics in 4K UHD. Buy in on DLC option gives access to exclusive planes. Great follow up to the Flight Simulator from 2020

Title still needs a lot of work. no where near as stable as 2020. I hope later updates resolves issues.

This game it’s too complicated, requires expensive console, it uses high memory tech. Tried to returned but guess what, if you don’t like it too bad, you can’t return it. I’m sure there’s benefits for Digital games but I don’t recommend and did not like, maybe for heavy gamers but sit you just starting out stick to disc. This game made me break up with Best Buy, I’m done with Best Buy all together for not trying to help out a entry level gamer.

Good graphics and game play , my nephew really gets into the sim

This is a hyped up plastic box with higher end lanyard badge with Flight Simulator branding and flight simulator card. On the back of the paper card is a premium deluxe Flight Simulator 2024 game code. Unless you are in need of a lanyard badge just download the game and skip the "SteelBook".

Nothing too special, but if you can get it for a good deal, totally worth it. I like the lanyard with the metal box cover, and the metal, seat buckle style, lanyard. I wish the card was actually a Plastic or metal card but not bad for a collectors item.
