Pretty comfy, but still leaves the feet sore after a few hours. (That's probably not the mats fault honestly, I'm a heavy dude). Overall 4 out of 5, but if they made a thicker version for heftier folks, it'd be a 5.

If you are looking for a slightly thicker mat, we would suggest our 5000X mat which is 2 inches thick and 26" x 36’’ in diameter. This product has a polyurethane filling with a polyester cover and an anti-slip base for maximum stability in use.
