Oven doesn't heat up enough to bake

It's pretty but the Oven does not get hot enough to bake anything. Even on max. And buyer beware the return period is less than 30 days.

We’re sorry to hear about your recent experience. To ensure optimal cooking results, please select the "Conv. Bake" setting on your oven, located next to the temperature control. This setting activates all heating elements, including the fan, for perfectly even cooking.
