    Frono for he win

    If you are serious about cooking this is the range for you. Not only is it an excellent range but this is a statement piece. I am extremely happy and proud of this purchase.

    I really want to love it.

    This is a beautiful oven and the range top is fantastic - really professional quality. Unfortunately, like others, I'm finding the oven temperature to be very inconsistent. I'm using an over thermometer to monitor the temp and, when not using the convection fan, the oven temperature runs between 10-30 degrees colder than the set temperature. When using the convection fan, the oven temperature is within 5 degrees of the set temperature. I used the customer contact form on Forno's website for 5 days ago for support, but still no response (and, I have checked my inbox, junk mail box and spam box daily looking for their reply). There is no phone number to call them. I'll try their online chat next and, if I get results, update this post. Also, a word of caution - Best Buy service delivery does NOT include installation of this range. The service department considers this a built-in range, not a slide in range, which is inaccurate. It definitely slides into place. So, we had to pay a contractor to hook-up the range even though we paid Best Buy for delivery and installation.

    It is a garbage stove

    I bought the stove a couple of months ago. It is a garbage stove, and it is hard to close the two doors of the stove. The flame is too high and, in a very low position, burns all my food. I received the stove with a broken handle You can't contact them by phone you only email them I emailed them a few times about the problem but did not hear from them, Bad company Don't buy this stove
