Wasn’t happy with Best Buy’s communication during 5 delivery delays. The range looks amazing. I love cooking on it. I would give 5 stars if it were not for the oven temp being off by 10 to 15 degrees based on the 2 oven thermometers.

First off good looking stove, and that is where it ends. I read the reviews about the oven temperature problem, and they were right. However it keeps getting worse. After two months it will not get above 400 degrees, and that is at 500 degrees. I get more heat off my wife's birthday cake than broiler puts off. The oven is constantly covered in soot. The oven racks are so lose that they jam when trying to pull them out or putting them in. The oven racks when pulled out droop at shut a angle that anything on them slides right off, into your hands or onto the floor. This oven is noisy, every time you use hear the metal expand and contract, it is actually loud. The knobs get extremely hot, to the point you do not want to touch them. There is no simmering on this stove, PERIOD. To top it off the left rear igniter stop working. Forno says that they will have a service rep in my area in about three weeks. Whoever recommends this stove, works for Forno, or wants you to be a victim like them. BUYER BEWARE.

I love how the range looks, it design it’s nice. I use the oven a lot and I had the bad experience because I takes much more than my old oven to bake. Even is bread or meat it takes forever to be done. When it’s the oven on the knobs are hot too.

Oven is too hot to touch when on. Knobs get hot too. Oven is beautiful. Love having gas. Not sure what to do about the heat hazard.

Looks good. Works great so far. Many of the reviews with the oven not working was with the previous model. So far we are happy with it. Nothing fancy but the other brands in this category were out our reach and this one is great for the 36" category.

the oven is great, the burners work well and provide wide rage of settings. the broiler not so great.

Commercial grade value without the high cost. We are a family of 7 and cook and bake every day. We have had great results. Easy clean up as well.

Used the oven maybe 5 times and it quit heating. Replaced the igniter and did not solve the issue. Checking wiring now. Avoid this brand!

Great Range is nice looking and easy to use Excellent price

We bought it on May 18th and had it delivered two weeks later. It is already broken! The oven infighter is bad and the oven won't light. Best Buy says it’s un-returnable. What to do now.

horrible arrived broken leaked gas in my house for a week and was found to be unrepairable !!! Then discovered it is incredibly hard to get repaired due to access to parts awful scenario never buy Forno again

It gets too hot very bad not happy with it.........

I love this oven so many compliments I haven’t made a big dinner yet probably on thanksgiving can’t wait to use it
