Good product. Fit perfectly into previous drawer type microwave. Priced substantially less than other similar items. Good power level. Have only 2 small complaints, when operating an odor of naptha(?) or similar is noticeable, and needs additional ventilation openings in cabinet to prevent overheating/ shutdown. Would have given 5 stars if not for operating odor.

I'm impressed with the power, look, and functionality of this item. My only issue would be the front handle. I'm not quite sure if it should be used to open and close the unit as it has an open and close button. Not sure if it will cause issues with the drawer motor. Most models that are out there in this category do not have the handle, and they are all made by Sharp as they have the rights on the drawer-style microwave. I like the quick 30sec incrament start

Like the open like a draw ! Looks great and easy to work! The bad things about are takes longer to get hot and when you open it you get a lot of steam and that’s a little dangerous because it can be hot ! Not worth the money!

I purchased this microwave from Best Buy online and customized my cabinets specifically to fit this model based on the dimensions listed on Best Buy’s website. According to the product specifications, the unit was supposed to be 25 1/5 inches wide. However, upon delivery and installation, it became clear that the microwave is actually closer to 23.5 inches wide—significantly smaller than advertised. As a result, the microwave does not properly fit the custom cabinet space, which was built based on the incorrect specifications. Despite this error originating from Best Buy’s website, I was only offered a $200 credit. This is unacceptable, as my custom cabinetry has been permanently altered and damaged. To make matters worse, I had even scheduled a Best Buy technician to measure the opening before the cut was made—adding to my frustration and disappointment. I have furnished my entire kitchen and laundry room with brand-new appliances from Best Buy, and this is how I’ve been treated—as if my time, investment, and trust don’t matter. I am extremely disappointed with both the lack of accountability and follow-up, as my calls have gone unanswered. I expect a full resolution to this issue, not a partial credit for a mistake that has caused irreversible damage to my home.

Installation support from BestBuy was inadequate. Microwave started making noise while on action in less than 2 weeks. Not using it and waiting for a service!
