I bought this electronic picture frame because I understood it was very simple to operate/download pictures. In fact, it is! However, this item would be 4-stars if it operated on an internal rechargeable battery. It would be 5-stars, if the power cord was long enough to place the frame on the end table while plugged behind the sofa. I guess I did not select the appropriate device.

Great digital frame. Gave it to my in laws for Christmas so we can send pictures via the app to them from different states. Easy to set up.

Very unhappy with the product since it doesn’t even turn on, reported it and have gotten no satisfaction from the seller cannot even work with my best by store on this item due to being ordered by Best Buy on line with a third party seller.
