I bought this because I was intrigued by St Francis of Assisi's legacy. It's typical film style of this genre of movies. The story line is good tho.

This is short but the story is not complete. It is only for people who understand their Saints.

Made back in 1961, film makers tried harder to stick to the actual story or a story that made the future (at the time of the story) saint look good. If your son or daughter have to watch a movie about a saint for confirmation class, this is a good choice.
