Item works great, a quality build with little effort to slip into the existing sleeve.

I’m sure this is a fine AC unit. But I had to deduct some stars because of the way it’s listed on Best Buy’s website. I filtered my selection to be only through the wall units, and ordered this off that list. Only to find it was a window unit the whole time… very frustrating… I know it says it in the title but filtering should have not included this in the list.
