First- If you are looking at purchasing and it says it’s through a marketplace through Best Buy, do NOT buy! It’s like going through a third person and no one wants to cover anything. Second- I purchased 2 of these units on 6/10, finally was able to install on 7/1.. Best Buy will not let me return them! Needless to say I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again after being a loyal customer for years. Third- I wanted to return because the noise level is outrageous. It advertises as a part of the quiet technology but it is far from it. I was thinking it was maybe a defective product but the chances of both being defective are highly unlikely. And to find a repair man to take a look at one is non existent. Beyond disappointed with Friedrich and its advertising of the product. And even more disappointing and disgusted with Best Buy. I’m still fighting this but if this review can help even one person before they land in my spot.
