Our new Frigidaire works great and cools our room. The bad part is it is not packaged correctly. Ours came with the entire left side panel bashed in and the right back corner smashed in. I assume it is because it has to make the trip from China and it gets thrown around multiple times before you get it. I did receive a $30 refund for cosmetic damage which is really not good enough, Brand new should look like brand new not like it was used for soccer practice. If something is heavy it should be packaged better. Best Buys should do better. Also you do not know the damage until you cut the box making it hard to return. Luckily ours worked.
