    No recommend awful customer service.

    I bought this a/c from the moment I downloaded the app it stopped working. It showed a 88 blinking code on display. It was none stop beeping and blinking. I called Best Buy didn’t want to help me because I was 5 days past the warranty of 15 days. Frigidaire resolved the issue and sent me a replacement. Unfortunately, I had the same issue. I believe the a/c is too powerful for my apartment. Brought an electrician and the problem is not my electricity but it is the a/c.

    Excellent air conditioner with one flaw

    Does a great job of cooling my room and is quieter than the last one I had, however it does not have a remote and cannot use the app to manage it wirelessly. Not compatible with my 5ghz network. Only works with 2.4ghz. Had I known this I might have chosen a different option. But it is a great unit otherwise. I still recommend it though as it works well.

    easy to install - if watch U tube video.

    Works great - no need to hook up drain - so far. keeps room cool. Not sure it would cover 850 sq. feet.

    Not worth the money at all

    When the unit cools, it's fine. But most of the time it doesn't cool. It cools to what it thinks is a temperature, usually about 10-15 degrees HOTTER than you want and then just stops. For the price, this is insane. DO NOT BUY.

    Stayed on 60 all the time but Woul got dn't get cold. Will not buy another.
