I bought a midea unit and it didnt really seem to cool and made it very humid. So i seen this one on sale and omg it works much better! Its quiet and keeps the room i have it in at 70° all day here in northern texas. And a remote is an added bonus. Very happy with my purchase!

This 6,000 btu air conditioner cools my room in the hottest days. 100 degrees outside and it’s a nice crisp 72 in my house. Best purchase from Best Buy this year.

This air conditioner is great. I purchased this to replace a 5000 btu. It wasn't cooling my room off, even on high cool. This one is great. I put it on low cool, and it cools my room of perfectly. I also like the fact that i can time it to come when i need to ahead of time. Purchased for a good price. Easy assembly. Thanks, Best Buy

Great unit at a great price!

I use this in a fairly small bedroom, and it might be overkill. This unit could easily do a big bedroom or larger space. The window it's installed in only opens to 12 inches tall and this fits perfectly. I also really like that it doesn't have a bunch of weight or part of the unit that hangs off the backside. I had a Vissani from home depot originally installed and it was so disproportioned and heavy on the back it required a platfrom to be built outside to hold it. This one I just have something propped up under the back for added security, but it honestly probably doesn't even need it.

Works great! Love that it has a remote control. And I love that when you put it on with the remote control, it automatically goes too high and you don’t have to reset it.

It is awesome. I have the larger version of this and was really happy this works as well as my other. Do not let the size keep you from buying this as it cools a 550 square foot room with ease. Closing the window shades on hot sunny days also helps this unit keep things cool. It is loaded with features that work like you expect. It is a great brand name and BEST BUY has never let me down.

Pretty good small AC

Blows cold air. Controls are easy. Surprisingly quiet operation. Only reason it isn’t a 5 rating is the bottom didn’t fit well with my particular window and in my opinion would be better if bottom was completely flat. But stuff enough foam and it works.
