couldn't be happier with this air conditioner! It cools my room quickly and keeps the temperature comfortable even on the hottest days. The unit is much quieter than I expected, and the "Follow Me" remote is a great feature because it keeps the temperature accurate wherever I am in the room. Installation was straightforward, and the controls are simple to use. The energy-saving mode is a nice bonus, and overall it feels like a high-quality product at a great price. I would definitely recommend this air conditioner to anyone looking for reliable and efficient cooling.

Remote Control Missing
Lara Posted
Ordered 3 units. Two of the three units were missing the remote control . Annoying- the remote costs about 83$ each to order via Frigidaire parts website. Very disappointing. Unfortunately we didn’t open the units to install for about a month due to a family health situation, so we are outside the window for Best Buy remediation. Otherwise the units function as expected. Would not recommend this AC due to the missing remote for two of the three units ordered. Manufacturer or Best Buy is not a reliable source for this unit- it was not as advertised. Do not order.

Hi Lara, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that two of your units arrived without remote controls and understand how frustrating this is, especially given the cost of replacement parts and your delay in being able to inspect the units due to a family health situation. We also appreciate your note that the units themselves are functioning as expected, while recognizing your disappointment with what was included at delivery.
We would like to ensure that you are properly assisted and that your concerns are reviewed for support options. For further assistance, please contact live chat at Frigidaire.com or call 1-800-374-4432, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–8:00pm ET.

Never in my life have I had such a noisy air conditioner; it cools well, but it makes a noise worse than a locomotive.

Hi ROSALBAM, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that your Frigidaire Window Air Conditioner is cooling your space well, but we're sorry to learn that the operating noise has not met your expectations.
To help reduce noise, we recommend ensuring the unit is installed securely and level in the window, with all mounting hardware tightened and the side panels properly fitted. Vibrations from an uneven installation or loose components can sometimes increase operating noise. If the sound seems unusually loud or has changed over time, we'd be happy to help determine whether the unit is operating as intended.
Please connect with us through live chat at Frigidaire.com or call us at 1-800-374-4432, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–8:00 PM ET. We'd be happy to assist you further. — Reed
