Love this freezer. It’s the perfect size. It defrosts itself. Love the green operating light that shows in the floor. Very happy with our purchase.

New home and we needed a freezer. I didn't want to place a freezer in the garage as it gets pretty hot out there, we live in the desert southwest... I researched upright freezers wanting to get the largest we could considering our available space in the laundry room. Also wanted either black to match our existing laundry appliances or stainless steel... This Frigidaire fit the available space, it's very quiet, and it's a good match color wise. While it's not full as of yet, I'm slowly working on purchasing food to fill, it has also maintained temperature perfectly... Yes I'd recommend this Frigidaire freezer.

I wanted something bigger, but this is what there was to order. It fit almost everything that came from my 20 cu. ft. previous freezer. The shelves in the door are a bit shallow as is the bin in the bottom of the freezer. It's quiet and holds the temperature well and looks nice. I kind of like the extra handle on top of the door (it was meant to hold the hinge if you reverse the door, but it's comfortable and convenient to grab) and I like that there's no handle sticking out anywhere to bump into or break.

I am very happy with my Frigidaire freezer! I love that it is self defrost, and has plenty of space. It took me a while to get this freezer due to COVID-19. But it was worth the wait. It’s very quiet and doesn’t use a lot of electricity. I love the green light that shows that the freezer is operating that’s located at the bottom of the freezer. Looks nice especially at night.

Fits right into my kitchen instead of my garage . Just the right size and affords plenty of storage space Quiet as a mouse. It’s an appliance I don’t want to Live without. My only concern was not being advised that I could arrange for the door swing to be on the left or the right and the guys who delivered it, did not do that for me. I suppose the additional installation fee only covered plugging the freezer into the wall

This is a nice size freezer and holds a lot of frozen food. I like that when you open the door the light comes on and you can see all you got. I also like the green light in front…it is peace of mind. This freezer is pretty, my washer & dryer from Best Buy are pretty too. So they are all pretty together. And it fits right in a perfect spot.

Replaced my 15 year old unreliable upright with this smaller stainless steel finish upright and I couldn’t be more happy with it! So happy they finally have something besides a white finish! It’s been about a month and it’s working great!

I have had my freezer since October 30th. It is exactly what I wanted. It is an excellent size for a home to hold frozen bulk items, stock up on meat when it is on sale, keep extra butter for baking, and have room to store cookie dough for baking when they are needed. Very thankful, I finally got my hands on one, when other stores "stood me up" with my order. Best buy came through. The delivery service was a breeze! They were excellent.

Love how sleek this freezer is! Theres so much room on the shelves and the extra smaller shelves on the door is a nice bonus. Having an upright freezer makes it so much easier to organize and locate items. The door seal is very strong and its very brightly lit inside when opened. This is perfect for the garage for a family of 6. Tons of space and it has a very small footprint. 10/10!

Love my freezer so polished looking too. It’s quiet and plenty of room. I have nothing to complain about it. If your on the fence get it you will not be disappointed. Delivery from Best Buy was professionally delivered. Pleased with everything. Thank you brat buy

Bought new Frigidaire upright Freezer. Like the layout and design. Price was inline with other freezers of this type and size. So far no problem with operation.

Beautiful! Delivered pre-set and ready to go! The delivery guys unpackaged it and made sure it was level in my garage where it would be housed. Plugged in and left! Great job! Only con-is some of the blue tape inside to protect the shelving and such…isn’t the easiest to remove. I’ll have to use a solution to get some of the leftover piece off. Wish me luck!

I love my upright freezer! I can see what I have without digging. Things won't get lost and forgotten about in the freezer now. My only issue is that the freezer moves when you try to open the door. I wish there was a way to disengage the wheels.

Buy at your own risk, this freezer has never closed/sealed properly. At first I thought oh, I just didn't close it all the way but that wasn't it. I have even gone so far as to strap it closed and still can't get a good seal. Contacted Frigidaire and they said so sorry but past warranty, purchased feb 2024, here is 25% off coupon towards parts. I am sorry but if I just spent $$$ why would I spend more on a faulty product. Won't ever buy another Frigidaire product again, they don't stand buy their products.

Perfect for stocking up for 2 people! I searched multiple sites/brands to find a freezer that fit very specific dimensions/needs and this one really hits all the marks. Our house has small or awkward openings into the basement (aka, I'm sure the Best Buy professionals would have gotten it down there, but if we ever moved it would have to stay with the house). This lead us to decision to place a freezer inside the pantry, which we needed one to fit specific dimensions. This freezer keeps things cold and is very quiet. Inside is very roomy and has a green light that shines on the floor to tell you that its working.

First the delivery guys were awesome they came on time & they were very respectful & pleasant. They placed my freezer where I selected and ensure it was leveled. As for the freezer it looks good and it had lots of space. It's very quite. I love the light that's at the bottom of the freezer it easy for us to know that the freezer is on. I haven't had a problem with the freezer. Very happy to have made this purchase.

Freezer settings go very very low if needed. I keep mine between -1.5 to -4 degrees below zero. Owned for about a month are it's performing very well. It does take a little time for it to stabilize its set temp after turning it on for the first time but that is expected with any freezer. Very happy with this purchase.

It is working great.. Quickly started getting cold right after we plugged it in.. But we sure would appreciate a longer cord..it's too far from receptacle..if we moved it closer to it my car would hit it.. Only gripe we have.. Have to use an extension cord.. Unless I park my car outside.. Not going to happen though

The freezer has been installed in our garage for about a month now. Working great, easy set up. I like the light at the bottom of the freezer that shines even when the door is closed. A lot more interior space for food that I realised. So much easier to find what I want than in our old chest freezer.

We love this freezer, loads of room, excellent lighting inside,extremely quiet. I honestly don’t think you can get a better freezer for the money. We are very happy with our new freezer!!
