A: Yes it does and its amazing in the garage.
A: No, the temperatures for the freezer and refrigerator compartments are not controlled individually.
A: The previous answer is not accurate. If it's "garage ready" (the industry term has somewhat changed meaning over the years), below 55°F is not a problem for it. Another option is to install castors on the bottom to have it off the freezing cement or have on a small pallet. If you do need to install a heater kit, there are walk throughs online where you can also install a switch to turn the heater off and on.
