Its definitely a good investment you do need to empty it out an clean it so mold doesnt build. Also be aware that it doesnt keep the ice cold so it will melt if you dont use it. You can easily place ice into another container an put it in the freezer so youll have more ice on hand which is what i do especially to fill my cooler. Also it would be nice if the scoop had a slot to place it in on the side of the device so the scoop isnt left inside the machine which can cause cross contamination.

A nice ice maker a little loud while making the ice. Always get at least the 2 year warranty. I have had to replace other model in less the 16 months. So far so good with this model.

I live in a studio and this is the perfect size. It makes as much ice as I need , not noisy when running . The sleek black color is also nice.

Works great and it is amazingly fast at making ice. But however overtime it needs more and more cleaning due to residue buildup on the inside. Even if you use nothing but filtered water. But works great

MAKES ICE FAST ONLY FLAW IS DOESNT KEEP THE ICE COLD ENOUGH IT AFTER ITS MADE IT, MAKES "WET" ICE BUT OTHER THEN THAT THE ICE IS SOLID IT DOES MAKE A BUCKET PRETTY FAST I JUST STORE THE "WET" ICE IN A GALLON ZIP LOCK BAG AND SOTRE IN THE DEEP FREEZER AND WHEN I NEED ICE I JUST DROP THE ZIP LOCK BAG FILLED WITH ICE ON FLOOR TO BREAK UP THE ICE ONCE ITS DRIED OUT ..IF I HAD TO BUY AGAIN I WOULD AND ID RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND THE PROS OUT WEIGH THE CONS....ITS WORTH IT FOR THE SMALL INCONVENIENCE OF HAVING TO STORE THE ICE IN A DEEP FREEZER AFTER ITS MADE

I love this easy to use ice maker. A great addition for family gatherings or any time I need additional ice. Works great and easy to operate.

This was a Christmas gift and he loves it. We like making different drinks in our household and this is coming in really handy. It doesn't make very much noise which I appreciate because I sleep during the day.

Small ice maker without a water line. Works great! The ice is great in drinks and it will make it consistently if you need it.

Besides it matching my fridge and my mini fridge , this ice maker works great. You only have two sizes of cubes, I use the large which isn't really large, but they are quite adequate. I must say that it does make ice fairly quickly,, 7-8 minute intervals. Keeps up with mine and my wife's daily ice demand . Once you get ahead of it, you only have to run it a few hours a day. It is a bit noisy tho, but that's OK. It does not have a water hookup , so just pour in water to it's water tank and let it do it's work. I would recommend it to anyone to buy and use. It does the job. Price point is good also.

Seems to be a good appliance so far. Box was pretty dusty when it arrived, so it must have been in storage for awhile.
