Delivery was as promised. It sat, boxed up in an apartment waiting for move in day. This was for our daughter who is just starting college.When we removed the refrigerator out of the box, the door was dented in a couple of places. There was styrofoam packing and the 'fridge was in a large plastic bag. Somehow this was damaged and slipped past inspection, or was a damaged, returned and repackaged item! Our daughter wanted to be able to use it right away, understandably with all her other new things, so we brought it up to her dorm room and plugged it in anyway. So far it's working fine. I called Best Buy and was told they can't do anything now and gave me the number to Electrolux, the parent company of Frigidaire, along with a suggestion of a DIY project on how to cover the door! So now I'm doing the old run around to get this issue resolved. Both company's reps I have spoken to are very nice, however I'd like a resolution. Granted this didn't break the bank to purchase, but you'd think when you purchase a new item, it would not be damaged. If it is, customer service (seller/manufacturer) would take care of the issue immediately in order to keep a satisfied customer base returning.

CR rated this fridge highly and it performed very well. It ran smoothly and quietly. Can't ask for more.

My guest room has a single bed. when company comes and they need MY queen bed, having everything I need, from cold water or cola, to a single cup coffee maker means I am not "put out" at all! I can have my morning yogurt without getting out of my jammies because of the fridge.

Item arrived as expected, but had to hire someone to bring it up to my office. Unpacked and found two sm sll dents on the front door of the refrigerator, and a significant dent on the side of the door! It would have been a very large hassle to return to the nearest store, so I did keep it BUT Buyer Beware- You can't trust the condition stated by Best Buy for an "Open Box" item! This item was said to be in Excellant condition! Judge for yourself from the attached photi!

Very nice little fridge. Great size, gets nice and cold. Even has a small freezer to put ice cream or an ice cube tray. I’m really happy with this purchase. I do recommend you get the geek squad 4yr warranty should something ever go wrong. Cost me around $25, which is a steal for peace of mind.

My freshman son needs his mini fridge with freezer. It's great for a small dorm!

When your regular refrigerator is too full, this one is an excellent one for storing soda cans, bottles of water and other small items that take up a lot of space in your big refrigerator.

My GE PROFILE STOPPED WORKING. THE frigideair 3.3 was a perfect temporary solution.

The fridge works fine but was disappointed in overall quality. I wanted to reverse the door and this fridge is advertised as having reversible door and comes with instructions for doing so. However, when attempting to do so I discovered the pre-drilled holes were blocked - looked like by someone cutting off screws. The plastic covers for the screw holes broke when trying to remove them even though I did not use much force so now there are cosmetic issues. Plus there was a dent on the top on opening the box. Since I bought this fridge brand new and not open box that was an unpleasant surprise. The fridge was also difficult to level and still doesn't open without tipping unless you hold it back. Kind of disappointed in both Best Buy and this product

This Fridge is EXACTLY what I was looking for and the price wasn't terrible. I also like the fact that it has a built in light so that you can see inside at night. Also adjusting the temperature is a breeze...

I've been a regular BB customer for years. I decided to go with the "open box" because it specifically stated "excellent" condition. The fridge arrived OK but it was dirty and even had spoiled veggie burgers still in it! Picture is uploaded. When I opened the door the stench knocked me over. Will return - what a hassle! I'm curious if anyone at BB will respond ...

When I picked up the item it was in a box which was not damaged. It was a gift and when the recipient opened the box, the top of the refrigerator was seriously dented indicating it was dropped prior to being boxed and was stil put into a box to be sold.

Was my money DENTED when I bought this? Disappointed that is has a nice DENT on its side. If its damaged on the outside, how good can this product be on the inside parts that I can’t see.

Caveat: We were unable to use this fridge because when it was unboxed at the dorm, we discovered it had a plug not compatible with U.S. outlets. This does not give me any faith in quality control at the factory. Returned for a fridge of a different brand that was 50 bucks cheaper, actually plugs in and stays cold. This thing, though, created such a hassle that it gets one star.

In my quest for a mini fridge most were to small or to big. This one fit great for my limited space. A resulting draw back is that it will not fit 2 liter size bottles. The door will hold 2 standard size wine bottles, 6 standard size cans, and several small condiment bottles or redbull size cans . The top two shelves will each fit 3 half gallons (such as milk and juice containers) when laid sideways. The shelves are removable if your preference is to have these types of items standing upright. The description says the shelves are adjustable but they do not adjust up or down. They're in or out, that's it. It does not have a crisper drawer as stated. Small Tupperware containers will fit on the bottom shelf which is only about half depth because of the motor in the back. The freezer compartment will hold several pint glasses laid sideways which is nice for my purposes but is really minimal FYI. The temperature seems to be good. The top shelf just beneath the freezer is noticeably cooler (won't fully freeze items but ice crystals are present). The stainless looks nice. For compact cold storage in this size the price is fair for under $200

This small frig was the right size and looked good, with the stainless steel front. It has useful shelves, a place for a bunch of canned drinks, and it keeps everything cold. There's almost no noise, the motor rarely runs, and even then almost no sound. Just what I wanted..

We needed a new fridge for the office, and this one fit our space perfectly! The freezer is small, but we don't freeze much so that's OK. I like that it holds cans so well. The price was great and it worked great out of the box. I'm very pleased!

This Fridge is very reliable, quiet and looks nicely. I have used it many months now and had only a slight issue with ice build up in the 'Freezer' Compartment. The price I bought it at was also very fair/good for a low/normal budget.
