So far so good. Only used it a few times, but seems to do what it needs to. It was delivered damaged, with a small dent. Best Buy customer service was none too willing to take care of it, but ultimately agreed to send me a $200 gift card. It was supposed to be here last week, so I expect they are going to try to weasel out of it, but that has nothing to do with the functions of the machine. Just poor customer service!!! I love the fact the door opens right to left. Where this machine is placed in my house, I no longer have to worry about hitting my head when I move clothes from the washer to the drier. The knobs and controls are somewhat easy to follow. I need to read the directions more carefully. One thing I do not like is the end of drier notification. This machine just beeps a few times (like R2-D2). This means, unless I am listening for it, and close to it, I will not hear it. Would be much better if it buzzed loudly like my old machine. That way I would hear it from anywhere in the house. So, overall, it is a washer/drier unit. The design of these has not changed in 60 years (or whenever they were invented). If it ain't broke, don't fix it. So far, it seems to do what it should. Time will tell!

The washer is loud on the spin cycle. It is not a huge deal for me, but just FYI, there is no fabric softener dispenser. The dryer is pretty good, if a bit small for blankets and comforters. It fits a small space, but I must admit that I miss my big, full-sized machines.

This Frigidaire washer/dryer saves space in my laundry room. We bought it for the fact that the dryer door can be opened on the right.

The delivery service was excellent!! The washer and dryer works great so far, however the dryer is extremely loud, but on the flip side it dries GREAT!!

The washer/dryer says on the front of the machine, “Quiet Pack” and the dryer is not quiet. I like the way the machine cleans clothes and the men, Orlando and Juan were wonderful during the installation.

works great and fits perfectly though it took a while to get shipped because of the left handed dryer door we wanted but it came and was installed fine

I have one star because negative 4 stars wasn't an option! Horrible service. Got a refund for the purchase after a delivery time was scheduled and Best Buy had not even received from the manufacturer.
