I'm happy with the purchase through BB. It looks nice with my new Microwave. However, it did seem a little wavy once installed. It was rather expansion but necessary.

Paid BestBuy $250 to install this item. Installer knew limitation and needed to shore up with piece of wood to drill in item. He hands me the wood and doesn't complete the install. Wouldn't buy this item nor use BestBuy

I am a contractor and I usually do not leave reviews. However, I must say that this is an excellent piece! Top notch, as far as I am concerned. Much stronger and nicer than expected. Matches perfectly and is very well made. It latches and locks in perfectly! I will definitely be selling more of these to customers.

Arrived with significant damage to the outer frame and base frame. Obviously had been used or damaged and returned. Person who was hired to install it did a work around so I wouldn't have to pay for a second installation visit. Returned to store.
