I am loving my new gas stove top! The sale price was doable and I look forward to cooking now. The grates are extremely heavy duty and the large middle burner works well for extra large pots. It was also a breeze to install

It looks good, it works good and the price was right. A real trifecta! This was the only gas cooktop I could find that would fit in the opening in my granite countertop, sharing the space with a GE Profile Series telescopic downdraft vent. The stainless steel finish along with the really massive cooking grates really makes a statement in my kitchen!

Awesome and beautiful cooktop! This is so easy and fun to use! We are very happy with our purchase. Pacific Sales/Best Buy made is really easy!! My Sales person helped me order the correct replacement product for our home, over the phone!! The tech was professional and friendly!

We were hesitant to purchase a new Stove Top. Our old one worked great but it looked old and out of date, as it was, just over 19 years old. It really served us well. We saw this New Stove Top in another store and we decided we would purchase, but wanted it to be from Best Buy. The Knobs R Metal, our old ones were plastic and melted when frying pan touched them. Our New Knobs R also below Grading Top. Heating up water is very fast on Front Right and Center Burner. All said, we R Very Happy w Our Purchase. Lastly: we caught a really very nice sale which made it all a Really Great Purchase. If its as good as our old one, we will both be in our mid 90's when 19 years rolls around.

Grates sit higher than I was expected but this is probably common with new cooktops. Burners can be a little loud when running at full temperature. Seem to cook nice and even.

Cleanup is a breeze thanks to the removable grates and sealed burners. I also love how solid and durable the whole unit feels—it’s clearly built to last.

Works fine, the top cast iron grill part is really heavy

My wife is very happy with this cooktop. The knobs are smooth, sturdy and not plastic. This was a great buy.

Love it! So nice to update from the original stovetop that was in the home when I purchased it.

The four side burners work fine, but the center pot burner leaks gas when it’s in use. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Truly the worst purchase experience- still not completed 4 months after purchase - will never recommend Best Buy

Looks like a beautiful gas oven. We are still waiting on the permit tavern installed so is still to be judged on how it works. If there are any issues I will come back to this review but so far so good. Looks like a very solid stove
