Big space, overall good performance. When kick, noise is too big.

At face value, overall product is nice. However this product is defective where the vent in the freezer is mangled. As a result I received 3 different fridges with the same vent issue. In addition to the vent issue each fridge delivered were damaged in other ways. Dents, detached rubber from fridge door and scratches all over including the inside of the fridge, to the point I believe Best Buy is selling used fridges as new- SO BEWARE! The funny thing was I was willing to keep the 1st defective fridge with the vent issue and the scratches because I didn't feel like dealing with another delivery, but Best Buy was only willing to compensate $100 to keep a defective $1,000 fridge, which is poor customer service. I even found a comparable fridge of a different brand that was about $200 more difference and they was unwilling to comp the difference to make their customer whole. They rather pay wages to send out two "brand new" fridge which exceeds $200 and lose a loyal customer than fixing the issue at hand What's even more horrifying is that when I called the first time to report the vent issue, the representative said they've been receiving a lot of complaint about this issue, but yet the product is still online for sale. At this point I will request a full refund and purchase from elsewhere. VERY DISAPPOINTING experience.

Refrigerator is good, unfortunately it will mark the surface and handle on it when your hand is dirty. the adjustments of the freezer and refrigerator is annoying because when u open the door of refrigerator you can accidentally touch it and make a sound.

The last side by side you'll ever purchase for someone like myself that didn't want an ice maker. It has all the storage you will ever need. So much nicer than the old refrigerator the previous home owner left behind!

I use this Fridge as an extra in my garage. Works well!

Lots of storage ... easy to organize and personalize to my specific needs

Very nice looking, great size, the shelves are spacious but another smaller drawer would have been nice for lunch meats and cheeses. The ones at the bottom are decent but they are not for meats. It is a little loud, it’s very quiet but then out of nowhere it starts making spaceship sounds. I keep it on the recommend temp but as you open the door it sometimes changes it.

It's definitely better than my old refrigerator and lots of storage

This refrigerator was a great price. It is incredibly quiet and seems like it should last and eventually retire to a full-time basement fridge like all of the old, quality made ones. Also, as simple as this fridge is, it can't run ads on a screen like a Samsung.
