We love it so far! We previously had a wine cooler that was noisy, this one is so quiet we don't even know it's there. The wood shelves make it look nicer than the metal ones that most coolers have and again, it is quieter when we remove a bottle. The only negative is that the shelves are not easy for bottles of sparkling wine and champagne - which are my favorites. I'd definitely recommend it.

Looks great. Works great. A little tight for the wider bottles. Would probably need to remove one of the trays to make it fit, but would mean less bottles total. Wish the controls were outside so doesn't need to open the door to turn the light on and change the temperature.

This wine cooler barely allows bottles to sit on the shelves. There is barely enough room with a lot of effort to get the bottles to sit between the wooden shelves.

I am very happy with the design, performance, materials, and quietness of this fridge. I don’t think you can do better at this price point. I use its standalone, not under a kitchen counter or wet bar. I’m pleased with how quiet it is when the compressor is running, and the exterior, wood, and interior lighting all look great. I am not sure how well the dual temp zones work in practice, but that wasn’t a hugely important feature for me. Easy 5 stars.

If I was reviewing this in the first month of owning this, I'd give it 5 stars as I was thrilled during that honeymoon phase. Cut to month 7 & I've just realized why we have a moldy smell in the house! We left for 4 months & while we've been back for a bit, we haven't had the need to drink any wine. The weather is cold here, so we've been using our space heater the past few weeks & while doing so, we noticed it had a bad smell. Thinking it was the heater, we called the company & they offered to return it as it was still under warranty & part of a recall on that model (lucky us). The new one came & within an hour of using the new one, we STILL smelled this foul smell... I just went to open the wine fridge to open a bottle for the first time only to find the upper portion (cooler portion) had a VERY thick wall of ice in the back with a lot of mold growing on each rung of the wood shelf about 4 inches out from it. We were beyond mortified & disappointed & had to remove all the bottles, with the exception of one that I can't remove until we defrost it as the shelves are a few inches into the ice wall & cannot be moved. The hardwood floor underneath the unit clearly has had water leakage while we were away as the floor boards are a bit warped & not flush anymore. The cooling unit must have malfunctioned allowing condensation to build up accumulating enough frost until it became this ice wall-- fodder worthy of GoT "The Wall" jokes~- it's a complete mess! We have to wait until morning to unplug it, take it outside & allow it to defrost so we can deal with it. I'm hoping the store will exchange it as there's no way we want to continue using this with all the mold growth that's happened in it soaking thru the wood slats. I haven't felt well since after coming back for the holidays... makes me wonder if it's been because of the mold smell in our home. This is a HUGE disappointment- it's my very first wine fridge...I've been wanting one for years & took weeks of research to select the best one for our budget. I have expensive bottles of wine that were housed it in... I'm really hoping they're all fine. If I can return this, I'll be looking to get a single temperature wine fridge & not a dual temp one... in Googling this type of issue, some have said single temp wine fridges are better to prevent something like this & being that the lower half of this fridge is okay still, I'm thinking they're right on the money with that advice. If you're considering this one, I'd monitor it on a regular basis- something you SHOULD NOT have to do, but clearly something that was needed here... the whole point of getting this before we were going to be away for several months, was for it to do its job & take care of my wine, not ruin beautiful labels & damage our hardwood floor. Maybe we just ended up with a dud, as I see many are happy with their purchase, but it's definitely no fun to be on the receiving end of an icy / moldy mess like this & have to worry about my wine collection being compromised.

There are several things that make this one of the worst wine fridges I have ever owned. Firstly, the shelves make it extremely difficult to get bottles in and out because they are so close together. (Good luck getting 45 bottles in this thing). Secondly, and most importantly, this wine fridge does not make temp or maintain temp. The 2 zones were never more than 4-6 degress apart, regardless of the setpoint. Also, it would never achieve the temps we set it to. Don't waste your time or money on this cheap pile of scrap metal.

It’s very noisy more so at night but often during the daytime hours also. Additionally, I have noticed that the wood racks are a bit fragile. I’m hopeful that it will last until the trump tariffs end at which time I’m looking to purchase a Cafe unit to match my other kitchen products.

There is no way this cooler can hold 45 normal bottles of wine. I have it jam packed with 6 bottles stored front to back on each of the top five shelves, and 4 bottles stored sideways on the bottom two shelves. This pic shows 6 bottles stored front to back on the second from the bottom shelf. Not physically possible. Misleading advertising!

I really wanted to like this but i have to consistently monitor the temperature and gad to buy extra thermometer just to maje sure its reading the correct temperature. I know nothing is perect so i kept it. So far im getting 45f and 55f temps

Ordered online 04/14/2025 and went to BB Christiana to pick up curbside 04/15/2025. Wine Fridge brought out curbside and I noticed minor damage on corner of box. BB guy said it should be ok and it came from their warehouse to the store like that. Took it home and unpacked it to see damaged rear corner. Fridge works but it is damaged. Trying to get BB to swap it out or give a scratch and dent reduction in price. Help line was NO help. Took two of us to move it to the house. Taking back to store not an option. I do have BB Club membership that includes product warranty. It appears to be working right now..... BBY01-807051380503 Placing a complaint online to get BB Mangers attention.

I actually use it as a mini fridge too. I save so much room in my fridge.keeping drinks in this. Ot looks great in the kitcjen if you have the room. Make sure you measure before buying to make sure it fits!

Really easy to use. Set top temp, set bottom temp. Bottom houses the red wines…so need the temp at 62/63 degrees. My setting is currently set to the warmest, at 64 degrees…and the temp is 52/53. I have two thermometers testing the temp and the both read more than 10 degrees lower than the set temp. I called the number listed on the flyer in the box. Some folks overseas. After on the phone with them for 15 mins, they tell me that because I purchased the fridge via the BB website, i had to talk to a different support line that handles online orders. Unreal. Will be returning to BB. 52 degrees is way too cold to serve a red.

Poor quality construction. Recommend not ordering delivery - arrived damaged. Dual zone is backwards - lower temp for whites is the smaller area. Not even close to 45 bottles. Will fit 25 max and fat reds like a Burgundy will not fit at all.

We purchased it as a display unit and inspected it at Best Buy. When it arrived, facing the unit, the left temperature setting control, was free floating, having become unattached from its original position. This makes it impossible to set the temperature. It was secure when we inspected the unit. I cannot find an access point to re-glue or re-secure it, so the temperature buttons can be pressed.

Fridge looks great and keeps the wine cool, it won’t fit as many bottles as advertised. The slots for the bottles are too small in mist parts of the fridge. I can only fit about 40 bottles.

Everything about the cooler is great except the way the shelves are put together. Its often hard ti get them out and they have to be pushed back in all the way or the door doesnt close tight.

Shelves are not adjustable or accommodating to different sized and shaped bottles. You have to remove a shelf to get the wider bottles in which reduces capacity. It appears to be well built and has the 2 temperature zones that we were looking for.

Pretty happy with the purchase. It's odd that upper section is for white and bottom for red by default. Warm air rises, so you would think it would make more sense if cooler section is at the bottom. The settings can be changed. Spaced is little bit tight to store fatter bottles, and they can't be stored on top shelves. You can store them on other shelves. Pretty solid overall. I would buy it again.
