LOUDEST unit we own!

We have 3 in-wall units in our condo, and this new one is the LOUDEST of them all, even compared to the two very old ones! I wouldn't recommend it if you want a quiet AC. Otherwise, it works great, which is why it gets 3 stars. I really wish Best Buy offered professional installation. The unit is too heavy for one person and requires being lifted up and above the shoulder, so it requires two adult males for assistance. We had to wait for a friend to help us, and it's just too much of a hassle to get another to help remove and switch out for a quieter model without pro help.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend
