Excellent refrigerator for small spaces

The first one that was delivered was damaged similar to others' experiences but the replacement was perfect. I originally wanted to just keep the first because dents on the back dont bother me, but it didn't chill after the first 30 minutes or so and got really loud. Turns out the refrigerant line broke in transit (probably when the dents occurred) and it started leaking when I plugged it in running dry after 20 mons or so. It was a mess to clean up from the floor vut none of this is on the appliance QC, more on the shipper mishandling. Replacement showed up and I used a thermistor ambuent probe to calibrate. I was able to set it around 4 and get the temp to have a consistent 35-39 degrees Fahrenheit swing for 3 days before I started loading it up. The freezer on this setting read -0.5 to -6°F during this same time frame, so it is pretty much perfect. Temp control has remained reliable and consistent for a couple months now and it is very quiet. I have it about 5 feet from my desk in my home office and it has never been something I notice even on calls or in meetings. I wosh the freezer has an auto defrost but that's a minor complaint, barely any ice has built up so far and its easy to remove in seconds. The look is clean and semi-retro-modern (is that a thing?). I love it and I really, really like the handles. I wish the door shelves has a slightly different design as the bottom shelf can hold some wine bottles but not most and the middle full shelf in the door is kind of awkward for the right half because the clearance is really small, but again not something I would dock it for because I have a niche need with my home office and not much variance to what is stored in there. Overall I think this is an aesthetically pleasing option that is in the goldilocks zone for a small space/apartment in size while being very consistent and reliable with its chillling performance. I have no regrets about this purchase, just wish the shipper could handle the boxes with a bit more care. Added a couple screenshots of the refrigerator and freezer temp swing measurements for reference.

A good size (Small refrigerator)

Like the product. Nice size for a small place. However, the refrigerator arrived with a couple dents on the back of the refrigerator. I tried to contact the store but no answer yet.

It's a good fridge if you are hearing impaired

It arrived with 3 dents but I guess what do you expect. I can cover the most unaesthetically pleasing one with a magnet so there is that. The lower bin was cracked and it was a pain to get it replaced but I was determined and it happened. So with all that said, it does keep food cold and frozen but it is a delicate dance on getting the temp just right which after 3 plus months I have but (& this a BUT) this fridge is SOOOOOOO LOUD. I am sure it would be fine for an office or garage but I have a small casita and have to wear ear plugs to sleep. One last positive, is that is surprisingly roomie.

Very good value and nice capacity, great fit for my narrow pantry. Does not leak air and minimal ice build up, I had to get the right temperature. I use use it as my beverage fridge, The freezer is a nice size and great for keeping my smaller frozen foods. Great alternative to the small dorm room icebox.

I really love it so far. Ive not had it long enough to give a 5 star rating as i dont know the long term of its capabilities & how well it will continue to last. But i ABSOLUTELY adore the size, the storage space considering its a smaller sized fridge is really nice as well. It came in GREAT condition, & everyone i worked with at Best Buy when buying it, were incredibly sweet & accomodating. Im very satisfied *so far* with my purchase, & for only 400$ its *so far* been absolutely worth every penny. Its affordable & to my current ability to speak on, very good quality.

It keeps items cool/ cold. It fits perfectly indermthe cabinet in the garage. It’s sturdy and nice… all except for the handle. The handle is cheap and crappy and keeps coming off.

Good refrigerator for the cost

The refrigerator works well so far. The sale cost was great and it arrived earlier then expected. There was a small dent on the back side but it doesn't effect the performance nor is it too unsightly. There is a plastic surface coating that is peeling around the edges, but Best Buy Customer Service worked with me and gave me 3 options, one of witch was compensation which I accepted because I wanted to keep the refrigerator.

The rating is more about Best Buy's storage practices than the fridge. It looks cool and is priced appropriately. The box was a bit beat up as though it had been moved around a lot. Upon opening, found a dent on the top back edge. Will be hidden so didn't bother to complain.

Nice size. Large enough for our Guest space. Only concern, handles are just solid and do not flex or control lock like the ones I grew up with. Probably safer for kids.

Just to let everyone who shops at best buy they don't stand behind there products at all .they will lie to your face my disabled son bought a nice refrigerator there the handle broke off and they refuse to fix it he has a 4 year warranty for nothing worst store there is if i could i would rate them a zero!!!!
