This particular sleeve was slightly smaller than the hole we had to fit it into. 25 inches versus an approximate 26" wall cutout. It's alright as far as sleeves go. Somewhat flimsy, but does the job. It does not come with a rear grill so that would have to be bought separately.

The unit was fine. Could use a thicker base as ac is heavy. I had thought it would be more flush to the wall, but it definitely protrudes less than the original. Perhaps have more holes on the cabinet to adjust to your wall thickness, but I think for my situation, I may have need a bracket on the outside to hold the weight.

The padding and the installed buffers all fit correctly. Takes a little time to remove the back panel and install the grill.

Arrived nicely (we ordered it online) and as always Best Buy delivered promptly. The initial taking out of the box was a little frustrating but certainly not a deal-breaker. Two panels must be removed before you can use this in the wall. The instructions said to remove only one and the way they said to do it didn't match our hardware or screws. So expect some extra time at first just getting two panels off the 6-sided boxed wall sleeve that should only have at most 5 sides, one of which you would remove during installation. (Again, we had to remove two and the way to do it wasn't obvious.) But all was good after that!

I live in a condo and we are residing the buildings, I was told I needed to buy a sleeve for any new air conditioners I was purchasing. I bought Frigidaire air conditioners so I purchased these sleeves. Turns out the air conditioners I purchased already come with a 'sleeve' aka a cabinet. I wasted $300 on this purchase, because they got installed and painted to match my building. Completely my fault for not researching. Don't make my mistake

This product is just four sides of sheet teal opened on both ends. Should not cost no more than $50 but if ya need it, ya need it.

This sleeve was a pop up recommendation for the HVAC split wall system I bought. It said it fit most units but it did no fit mine. Not only that, I somehow wound up buying two and had to return both.

the item seems sound, but it isn't needed or was it the right size. Double check before buying. 25# box

I got this sleeve to install my Frigidaire FRA-106HT1 10,000 BTU in wall A/C. Pros: -> It does the job of holding the A/C firmly in place. Cons: -> The quality of the sheet metal construction is marginal. One of the 4 plastic grommets designated for holding the rear grill was unable to be held in place because they cut the sheetmetal "Square" too close to the edge. -> The packaging of this unit will NOT hold up to UPS package handlers! Mine arrived with a slight dent which I was able to straighten out... I REALLY wish Best Buy had a Ship-to-Store option for this item. -> Instructions where not that clear - thankfully I have 1/2 a clue. In the end it did what is was supposed to do, hold the A/C - good enough but Expensive

Everything seems to fit. But, there is no 'aliminium' grill as described in the 'Features' section of the details. Frigidaire said you have to talk to Best Buy. Best Buy said that's a problem we're going to speak to Frigidaire about. They'll sell you one for 29.00. Do yourself a favor and buy the LG. My store was completely understanding and agreed , as did Customer Service, that that was BS.
