Q: How do you turn it on , the only way mine works is turn it to p and keep your hand on it
A: If you have the control set to the "Pulse" position the switch has to be held in this position.
Q: Why will the bowl not unlock on my mixer
A: All you have to do is twist the bowl to the left

A: To detach any of the attachments, press up and turn them to take them off.
Q: Where can you buy replacement beaters? We put ours in diswasher and the finish came off
