This is a beautiful Microwave! I love the air fry and convection along with the regular microwave features. It cooks faster than our old Frigidaire model. So happy with the sleek looks of it also. We need the zero door clearance with our cabinet setup. And this is perfect. We also need the required clearance from the bottom of the microwave to the stovetop

Purchased june 2023. Died on november 16, 2024. Electrical prong fried. I paid electrician $225 today. Outlet and breaker are normal. Microwave is horrible. Company is horrible. Garbage

Bought this to replace our previous Frigidaire Microwave that shorted out. This has a lot of wonderful features. The best one is the ability to control the volume of the end time beep. The quieter setting is more than adequate to let you know your food is done.

The microwave looks great! All features are working as expected. We don't have a lot of experience with other air fryers. I can say this one works. I suspect the air fry takes a bit longer than a stand alone air fryer as the space inside is larger and takes longer to preheat.

Installers were definitely the only 5 star on this purchase and they deserve every star. The product was more than 2 months late. We were given 3 different delivery date changes. Also it would be nice if we could have the door open the other direction.

This microwave was great until it wasn't. Within a month of purchase, the buttons stopped working suddenly, even after leaving the unit unplugged overnight. Best buy quickly swapped it with a new one and all was well...until about a month later and the same thing happened. Both times it happened after it was done air frying food. It would beep and tell me to remove food. Then the screen would get garbled and it would never respond to button presses again. I really liked using this microwave, but sadly Frigidaire's quality control seems to be in the toilet considering two units died in the exact same way within a month of each other. I can't in good faith recommend this product to anyone.

My wife loves it so far, though she has not yet tried the Air Fry feature. She particularly likes the fact that the controls are easy to read and that she can easily see into the oven and she can easily put larger bowls into it and take them out when done. Plus she really appreciates the "smudge proof "stainless steel - looks great without having to clean it frequently to keep it looking that way! Highly recommend this model with its 1.9 cu ft size, its 1000W, great looks and ease of operation , its fine quality and especially its multitude of great features!!!

best buy refused to replace or refund me for this microve tha had issues after 1 day. they came out inspected the unit. agreed that it was defective and said call frigidaire since they were not allowed to repair or replace. I called Frigidare and thay said best buy had to notifiy then that the unit was unrepairabe. Note that i was a best buy total memeber at the time. worst expirence ever!
