Great freezer .. large and open. Lots of room. Has 2 LED lights on top. Great digital indicator on face. Its quiet. I have it sitting in my kitchen and has a low hum when on. im very sensitive to noise when i sleep and its 30 feet from my bed. Thats why i paid extra for a quality quiet good looking product. I originally bought a costco freezer and it made to much noise and had only a 1 year warranty. I paid for a 5 year warranty on this freezer and very happy. I wish the stainless was a bit brighter. Its a dull stainless. I like that its completely frost free. no frost buildup on anything at all. Im already filling it up with my costco runs.

My Gallery 20.5 cu ft has just arrived and I installed it. It seems to be a great product. I have chosen this brand and type because I had a Frigidaire before and it did work very well. Now we needed a bigger refrigerator so we chose this one. Cools really well and is silent. Lets hope it will do its work for 7 years flawless like the other one (is still working). Only minus I found is the plastic seal around the door is almost impossible to remove at the edges of the rubber.

This is a very quiet freezer. Quite roomy on the inside and well lit. Lots f compartments and spacious areas for my liquid storage. It is a very sleek design and matches perfectly with my other stainless steel appliances.

Purchased this so I didn't have to bend and dig in my chest freezer and so far I love it! It looks sleek and has many versatile shelves and a sliding basket. I also like that it gives you the option to use it as a fridge if your needs change!

Best decision I made by buying this freezer and use it as fridge ... so spacious. I have a big family and now all my grocery fits easily in the fridge and the left over food ... cools down very nicely and u can control the temperature from the touch screen on the door ..

I didn't realize how big it really was until I saw it in person. I was pleasantly surprised! Delivery/installation was quick and easy. The temperature control feature is awesome. It gets cold super fast! It is aesthetically pleasing, as well.

My family uses this as a Refrigerator, and we love it. We are vegetarians and eat a LOT of produce, and it is awesome to have such a large appliance set as a dedicated refrigerator. The inside is nice and bright + the depth is such that it is easy to see and reach everything that is at the back of the shelves. We used to have an LG that at the time we purchased it, it was the largest standard appliance on the market. It was horrible, things were always lost in the back of the unit (because of the depth), forgotten and only dug out by the fridge archeologist when the food was well past prime. With the Fridgidaire - Gallery that problem is long gone. We purchased some clear plastic organizers and our food and fridge looks like something out of a magazine now. Loving this unit.

Nice,roomy freezer. After repositioning shelves contents were easy to arrange for my convenience and better storage of food. Great service from Geek Squad to readjust shelves so I could get all my food in the freezer.

Checked out numerous refrigerator-only and 2-in-1s. Had had good luck with Frigidaire freezer-only and decided to go with both options this time. The 20.5 is a monster and its so nice having the separate freezer and refrigerator; yet, having a backup freezer.I'll never go back to one box tryinv to do 2 things.

It's a fridge or a freezer. It looks nice, is extremely well lit inside and so far works. I read other reviews saying that it only shows the set temperature but it shows the actual temperature. Only complaints are the sides can get pretty warm. I've never experienced that in a fridge before but the inside stays cold. The key is plastic but I don't use it. I did think the top edges of the door were dented when I got it but that's actually the machining process from where the stainless steel is folded. It's pretty high up there (this fridge is tall) and unless you're really looking you won't notice. As other reviewers have said you need to push on the seal when opening it unless you want to pull the fridge forward.

Very roomy, keeps everything frozen without any ice buildup. Soft serve compartment keeps things cold without freezing it, it's awesome!

The freezer/ refrigerator is just what we wanted. It looks good and runs very quiet. It’s a great addition to our garage.The installers from Best Buy were very professional and did a great job with the installation. When they left it was perfectly said and leveled.

I purchased 3 of these units. 2 of them are used as freezers, set to 0 degrees; and 1 is used as a refrigerator, set to 38 degrees. The display on the front of the unit shows the temperature. All 3 hold their temperature perfectly. After being open for awhile, they regain their temperature quickly. The doors do not open easily - the refrigerator actually pulls out a little when opening - the freezer don't because the contents are heavier. In a way it's a good thing, though - the younger kids can't get into them so easily. I've only had them for about a month, but so far am extremely pleased with them.

We just upgraded our refrigerator. It has so much room I really love it. Only issue is our thermometer inside does not match the door

I bought this freezer just before Thanksgiving. It has been great because I ran out of room in our refrigerator and I was able to convert this freezer into a refrigerator for the added room I needed with out freezing everything. It is easy to operate and converts easily.

So far I am impressed with my new freezer/fridge. It might have some "bells and whistles" that I didn't even know it had. It has plenty of room and the baskets are great for storing lots of meat that I package myself. I love the display on the door with the temp on it. The only dislike so far and it's my fault for not reading all the paperwork... For some reason it beeps a lot and a random odd times so I can't really figure out why. Again if I read the booklet that came with it, I'd get my answer.

Great product if you are looking extra refrigerator space without the need for a freezer. Can't say enough about the lighting and ability to see what is in the refrig.

This product is the best standing freezer I have ever purchased. It look bigger than it look in the catalogue. It is beautiful, elegant, sophisticated, and roomy. It works so perfectly well, and it allow items to be well arranged, and makes finding of items easy to reach. I really love it.
