Q: THIS IS ONLY FREEZING.. HOW DO I CHANGE IT TO REFRIGERATOR
A: Hold down "-" and "set" at the same time for a few seconds. That toggles fridge/freezer modes.

Q: Left or right hand handle capability? Also, 29" depth includes handle or not?
A: The manual I have shows that the door can be switched to open either way... but it looks really complicated, they have the unit lying completely flat on the ground, on it's back, to do the change over. This thing is deeper than 29", we just barely made it through my front door (I had to take the house door off it's hinges). The delivery guys were great and waited patiently while I took care of things. The fridge/freezer door does not come off easily (see above), and there is a freon line that comes up the front, so even if the fridge door was removed you would not gain much room. I just measured my unit and it is 30 and 1/4 inches front to back not counting the handle. The handle adds maybe 2 more inches.

A: There are no wheels, you'll have to use a dolly or drag it on the floor.
A: I don't think the manufacturer's answer is correct. Mine arrived in freezer mode not fridge mode.
A: The overall interior dimensions are 27" wide x 57" tall. The shelves are 17 1/2" deep and 26 3/4" wide great dual temp appliance.
