We are more than happy with our new Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator. The delivery and installation was timely and went smoothly. The refrigerator runs quietly and efficiently. It provides enough room for all of our perishables, condiments, bottles and miscellaneous items. The stainless steel finish is beautiful and fingerprints are hard to find!

Purchased in September but just plugged it in about 3 weeks ago when the kitchen renovation was finalized. The refrigerator capacity is smaller than the two door LG I had in my previous apt. So far all good, looks great, nice features and I hope will last many years. Wouldn’t purchase it only if the price drops below $1500 because of the capacity.

This purchase was basically based on the measurements. We were limited on what would fit. We love it so much more than the side by side we had. The cons are the water dispenser isn’t on the outside. Also the ice maker continues to make ice even when it’s almost overflowing.

Very happy with our new refrigerator. Plenty of storage space. Door shelves can accommodate tall items. Utilizing freezer space is tricky at first. Highly recommend this Frigidare refrigerator.

On May 22, I made a significant purchase at Best Buy, purchasing a washer, dryer, and refrigerator. Unfortunately, when your installer arrived on July 6, they found that the delivered equipment was deemed unsuitable for installation due to a shipping error. As a result, the installation cannot continue, leaving all purchased items unused. In response to this issue, I quickly went to my local Best Buy store to address the issue and find a solution. Regrettably, I was told that there was little that could be done under the current policy, which I found particularly concerning in light of my Best Buy Plus membership. Despite my efforts to highlight the situation and benefits associated with the customer care plan, I was informed that the return policy only allows returns within 15 days of purchase, which is The package is not suitable for cases like mine where the goods have not been used nor installed. This response has put me in a difficult position as I currently own several pieces of equipment that are no longer usable due to not being able to install them

No exterior water spout, no ice issue, no hassle. Built in mexico. The only way you can find something more reliable is buy a GE built in the US, which will be significantly more expensive.

Would be 5 stars if the freezer were just a tad bigger. Also, the handles show fingerprints very easily. Other than that this is a top notch counter-depth fridge.

Seems to work fine. Only complaint is that it arrived extremely dirty on the inside, black soot type material all over white plastic interior walls of both fridge and freezer. Installers were great and pointed it out. Most of it wiped off fairly easily.

I would have give a "0" rating if it was available. My fridge and freezer have suddenly stopped working on 06/10 and till today it has not been fixed. Best buy says it is less than one year so please contact the manufacturer on this...Frigidaire keeps sending the technician and it has been 3 visits and he just keeps ordering parts . When best buy cannot support me why are they selling this item and asking me to reach out to the manufacturer ?

If anything goes wrong with the unit during the warranty period, customer service is useless... We've been without a refrigerator for 2.5 months b/c we got this one and it's a lemon. After hours on the phone w/ customer service, part after part and service guy after service guy have been sent w/ no resolution. Frigidaire refuses to just replace it. Meanwhile, we're using our outdoor grill as a refrigerator so we can have some food on hand! And we're no closer to a fix or new refrigerator...
