Oven was delivered without defect. It was installed a couple of months after purchase which did not result in any complications from our agreed installation from Best buy. The oven is a replacement for our original 1962 era oven and has a lot of features we needed to get used to. The modern bells and whistles are very nice to have and the oven is performing its cooking duties well. Currently we are using the self-clean feature. However we are having problems getting some caramelized deposits off of the glassdoor interior. I called Frigidaire for some help and the support people were courteous. As of yet I do not have the glass door clean, but with their help I hope to soon have that figured out. Best Buy had competitive pricing and their lead salesman was knowledgeable. Prior to finally settling on this model, I bought another model which did not suit us as well, but fortunately the return and credit process was easy via Best Buy.

I bought this for my mother to replace her 1960s or 70s green Frigidaire that finally went out. This was a perfect fit! It's been a little difficult for her to get used to, being all digital now, but so far it's working great for us! We haven't used all of the features yet, but so far so good.

The first one worked for a few weeks before there was an electrical fire inside. The second didn't even power up. The third would've taken a month to arrive. We just picked another one after all of that. You've been warned!

Truly loving this oven! It heats up quickly and is easy to use! It has a nice appearance...very high-end looking!

This wall oven is more than I was hoping for. It's style, features & performance exceed my expectations.

Love the new Frigidaire 24” galaxy oven. Everything works good. We are still learning how to use some functions. Looks great in our kitchen.

The response time on the touchpad could be better. I love the air fryer option that’s built in this oven. Overall not bad.

It was hard to find an oven with the correct dimensions to replace our defunct one. This one is WAY more advanced than our previous one, with functions that we might never use-but is great looking and works extremely well. The convection feature is fantastic. The only possible negative on installation was that the power cord needed to be a few inches longer to allow hookup with the oven on the floor. Elevating it on a step stool during hook up solved that problem, but it would have been more convenient if the cord was simply a bit longer.

I love all of the cooking options especially air fry mode. It is easy to set the timer as well although i wish the oven wouldnt turn off when thw timer goes off (but i think all modern day ovens do that). The oven looks great too. I needed something that would match the appliances i already had.

I guess my old oven was ‘really’ old. These new ovens are packed with many features including a bake setting with adding water right to the bottom of the oven. And with that adding water capability is a steam clean feature. It has settings for baking you likely never imagined. Next year’s model might do your laundry and dishes too. I love this thing. And still exploring the capabilities.

Looks great, works great when complete! Still waiting for a replacement as the ones I got where a bit unperfect.

I am so glad I purchased this oven. This oven has a built in air fryer in which I just used last night. My food came out perfect, crispy and hot. I make bread with my preschoolers every Friday and it comes out perfect every time.

I have one of these in a rental and decided to install the updated version in our new house in Connecticut. It works like a charm, and the installation crew were top notch. Thank you!
