Features
  • Wipe away cleaning time with the induction cooktop

Unlike traditional electric and gas cooktops, Induction only heats the pan and the food in it, so the area around the pan stays cooler to the touch, allowing you to clean up spills and splatters while you cook.

  • Get amazingly fast results with Induction

With induction, heat transfers directly to the cookware and not the cooktop surface, making induction incredibly fast.

  • Avoid over and undercooking your food with TempLock

Sensors in the cooktop automatically adjust the power level to maintain a consistent temperature the entire time you cook - it's like cruise control for your cooktop.

  • Maximize cooktop space with the Convenient Bridge Element

Connects two elements to create a larger cooking surface, perfect for a griddle or large pan.

  • Even Heat delivers consistent results

Induction delivers steady, even heat across the surface of your pan so you get consistent results every time.

  • Incredibly Responsive and Precise

More responsive than gas and more precise than electric, induction goes from a low simmer to a powerful boil, almost immediately.

  • Safer cooktop surface

Induction heats your pan and the food in it, so the area around the pan stays cooler to the touch.

  • Peace of Mind with the Frigidaire Fit Promise

We promise that your new 30" Frigidaire induction cooktop will fit your existing countertop cutout of the same width and configuration, or we will reimburse you for cabinet modification costs up to $100.

  • Know when your Cooktop is on with Auto Pot Detection

Know when your cooktop is on with responsive cooktop indicators that light up when a pot is placed on top of an element.

  • Get the Right Amount of Heat with Auto Sizing Pan Detection

Get the right amount of heat for your pan with Auto Sizing that automatically senses the size of your pan and heats accordingly

  • More Efficient Way to Cook

Induction uses less energy throughout the cooking process, only heating your cookware and not your kitchen.

  • Induction is compatible with most cookware

Most stainless steel and cast iron cookware is compatible with induction elements. An easy rule of thumb: if a magnet sticks to the bottom of the cookware, it’s induction-friendly.

  • Approved over Frigidaire Electric Wall Ovens

Cooktops are approved for installation above any of our Frigidaire or Frigidaire Gallery Single Electric Wall Ovens.

    Great induction purchase

This is my first induction cooktop and I’m loving it. It boils so fast. It takes just a little getting used to because the heat stops instantly, and it stays at the number you set it at. It doesn’t cycle up and down like a traditional stove. As for this Frigidaire model, I can’t imagine wanting anything else.

    Boils water faster than gas.

Really like the clean design of this CookTop. Have had a little issue of water splashing and shutting off control. But not enough to warrant not buying this unit. Looks great boils a pan of water in about 3 min. Very fast. Really like the touch controls and how fast the response is. Going from gas to electric was a big concern. But we are over them. Haven’t had a chance to use the griddle option yet but it still looks handy.

    Great cooktop, easy to install

Got this after our last flat cooktop (non-induction) shorted out and burned up its control panel. It was also a Fridigaire, so we're hoping this one lasts a bit longer...last one was only about 4 years. For us, this was one of the few models that checked all the boxes for us: (1) it wasn't crazy expensive, (2) same size as the previous one, so it would fit the same counter cut-out, (3) works fine off a 30amp circuit. The third point was probably the most difficult to find, as many cooktops and ranges now look to be 40-50 amp. Installation was very easy - we had 3 wires to wire up into the junction box right below the cookstop. Tools needed: electrical tape, wire nuts, electrical tape, wire strippers (optional) and a screw driver. Once hooked up and the power was turned back on at the breaker, we gave it a try. On the "full power" mode this is a beast - in a very unscientific timed test, 4 cups of water got to a raging boil in around 75 seconds. That's much faster than any non-induction that we've had before. One last call out - this does make a buzzing sound when its on, like all other induction cooktops. It may sound like something electric is shorting out, but that's just the way it works... The only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is the "touch" controls. I think they're actually buttons...maybe. Even only a couple weeks in, they don't always register when we press it...we've found that keeping them clean and dry is more necessary than our old stoves with knobs. All in all, a good cooktop at a good price. Here's hoping it holds up for many years!

  • What is the difference between the built in version and non built in version? Aren't they all built in to the counter? Thx

Hi, BenAZ! Thank you for this inquiry. The built-in vs. non-built-in version pertains to the installation type. If a cooktop is a built-in unit, it must be installed on a cabinette, under counter, granite countertop, etc. To view the installation instructions provided for this unit, you may visit:  https://content.syndigo.com/asset/b56e7de7-a668-415a-a59e-199af1991c6f/original.pdf We hope you find this information helpful! ~Juan

  • That stainless piece of metal at the front of the stove, is there a ridge there, or is it completely smooth.? I don't want a ridge where crumbs collect.

Hi Elissamay, thank you for your question! For your Frigidaire GCCI3067AB induction cooktop, the front stainless steel trim is designed to be completely smooth and flush with the cooktop surface, so there isn’t a raised ridge where crumbs could collect. The smooth ceramic glass surface makes it easy to wipe clean, helping to prevent food or debris from getting trapped. Just be sure to follow the cleaning instructions in your owner’s manual to maintain the surface over time. — Reed
