Customer Ratings & Reviews

Delivery was excellent. Product had scratches/blemishes in 3 drawers. Best Buy compensated me with a gift card. Product general quality not as good as my old refrigerator. Appreciate the gift card but still wonder why the product was damaged.

This is the professional series and the emblem that proclaims it right on the front door is out of plumb by nearly 1/4”in 3”. The ice maker does not make enough ice for 2 people to use twice a day. I am still trying to figure out what professional means to Frigidaire. One of the shelves fell off the refrigerator door, it was not locked in by the “professional “ installers that Best Buy sent to install it. Just got off the phone with Best Buy’s geek squad representative and they are sending someone to fix the problems in 2 days. I will update the review afterwards.

Product is working perfectly. It fits into the space I have with no issues. The water is fantastic and the ice cubes provide a refreshing cool drink with any beverage. Thank you.

Everything is working great. It even has more room because of the depth.

Purchased from Best Buy outlet. Had a door that was slightly shorter. I was able to order shims and now both doors are even

I drove the refrigerator 50 miles to my house and paid someone to take it up a difficult flight of stairs. The light panel on the ceiling of the unit does not work. It makes me want to put in stick up motion light so I do not have to go through the hassle of returning it or trying to coordinate and fight with the warranty group.

Unit is very easy to move and when opening doors the unit moves from its position. Opening and closing lower drawers is easy but also noisy.

A wonderful refrigerator! Looks really good. It has lots of room. Designed with practicality in mind. Frigidaire has a really great reputation! It is reliable & it lasts. I am so thrilled with it.

This is a nice looking fridge and has functioned very well for us so far, with a couple of drawbacks. The main one is that the freezer door pops open a bit when the fridge door is shut. This has been an issue with teen boys in the house who use the fridge frequently! The ice cubes are also on the small side (Not really a big deal, but if like regular sized cubes, know that you will not get them with this fridge). Otherwise, this has met our needs.

Coolest fridge ever owned. Not only do we love the way it looks but technically it's smaller that our old fridge but somehow holds more

Warning! Frigidaire Service is unavailable in the mountains of Clear Creek County Colorado . 6 MONTHS OLD ! The freezer door displays the error "ER" "CE". I cannot adjust the freezer or refrigerator temperature and the ice maker no longer functions. I called Frigidaire and was told a service agent would call within 3 days to schedule an appointment for repair, this never happened. When I called Frigidaire for the 2nd time I was told the Service tech denied and canceled the appointment . I was then told the repair would be escalated to a "priority" status and I would receive a call in 24 hours and of course I haven't and I'm sure I won't.

Had it about a month and love it! I needed a pretty specific fit and this model was one of two that would work. My last Frigidaire was a French door model and it developed issues after 8 years due to the cooling mechanism being so compact in the counter depth model. Hopefully this one won’t have that issue. Definitely go for the Professuonal as it seems to be better quality than the Gallery

I was really excited. Everything seemed great except a really bad overwhelming odor that came from the fridge itself. It comes from the fridge & freezer, started once the fridge reached it is set temp. Couldn’t live with it, sorry Frigidaire but it maybe something you need to look into. Not sure where it is coming from, but My mom thinks It's coming from underneath when the fans kick on. It maybe exhaust & chemicals used for plastic coatings, glue. It permeates a lingering stench in the kitchen, even when there is no food in kitchen.

The Frigidaire works as advertised, but the installation sucks.

Noisy, seal already loose and so fridge doesn't stay shut.

I love my new Side by side. It is 3 cubit feet bigger and quieter than the old Frigidaire single door. The house was built in 1959 and the fridge is in a nook opposite the stove in a hallway. The double door allows me to get into the drawers now.

We love this refrigerator. Ice maker is reliable. The bells and whistles are minimal which means less can go wrong. It has plenty of room for two people.

This fridge is fantastic. It has so much room & the layout is great!! If you're looking for a new fridge......put this on your list to look at........and buy it !

This refrigerator is so unique. I just love everything about it. Even the size of the ice cubes are different. You betta get you one of these.....

My wife and I love this refrigerator. It is very spacious for a counter depth and looks great, and makes ice very quickly.
