FUFU & GAGA - 134"Oversized Modular Cloud Sectional Sofa with Double Chaise,Deep Seat Plush Velvet Couch,Pet Friendly High Density - Dark Green

Overall, we are extremely happy with this couch. We purchased the dark green, and between the size, comfort, color, shipping, and customer service, it exceeded our expectations in almost every category. Presentation: 5/5 The couch looks great once it is fully set up. It has that oversized, deep-seat “cloud couch” appearance we were hoping for without looking sloppy or swallowing the entire room. The overall design feels cozy while still looking put together. Comfort: 5/5 This couch is VERY comfortable. The seats are deep, soft, and roomy enough to actually lounge on instead of just sitting upright. The double-chaise layout makes a huge difference because multiple people can stretch out at the same time without everyone fighting over the one good spot. It is the kind of couch you can genuinely curl up on for a movie, nap on, or spend an entire lazy Sunday on. Size: 5/5 The size is probably one of my favorite things about it. At 134 inches, it is a genuinely large sectional and works very well for our family. There is plenty of seating and lounging space without the couch feeling awkwardly proportioned. If you are specifically looking for an oversized sectional, this actually delivers on the word “oversized.” Color Accuracy: 5/5 We ordered the dark green, and the color is beautiful. It looks very close to what was represented online. It is a rich green without being obnoxiously bright, and the velvet material gives it a little more depth depending on the lighting. Pillows & Back Support: 3.5/5 This is really my only complaint with the couch. The included back pillows do not stretch all the way across the back of the sectional, which leaves noticeable areas without a pillow to lean against. Because the couch itself is so large and comfortable, this feels like a strange design choice. When several guests or family members are sitting on the couch at the same time, someone can end up sitting in an area where there simply isn't a back pillow behind them. The actual couch is comfortable, but those empty spaces mean you do not get consistent back support across the entire sectional. I would have much preferred either slightly wider back cushions or a few additional pillows included so that the entire back of the couch was covered. We will probably end up purchasing extra pillows ourselves to fill the gaps. It is definitely not a dealbreaker, and I would still buy the couch again, but it is something buyers should know beforehand, especially if you regularly have several people sitting on the couch at once. Shipping Speed: 10/5 This deserves its own category because the shipping was fantastic. Our couch actually arrived earlier than the estimated delivery date, which was a very pleasant surprise, especially with a piece of furniture this large. Company Response & Customer Support: 10/5 The company's responsiveness and customer service have also been excellent. They were communicative, responsive, and made the purchasing experience much more reassuring than what you sometimes get when ordering a large piece of furniture online. Overall: 4.8/5 Even with my complaint about the back pillows, I would absolutely recommend this sectional. The couch itself is beautiful, huge, incredibly comfortable, and the dark green color is exactly what we wanted. The shipping experience was better than expected, and the company's customer service was outstanding. If FUFU&GAGA changed one thing, I would strongly recommend including additional or wider back pillows so the cushions extend across the entire couch. That would take this from an excellent couch with one annoying little design issue to basically perfect. For anyone looking for a large, deep, comfortable sectional that actually gives a family room to spread out, this one is absolutely worth considering.
