Customer Ratings & Reviews

I love this camera! Pros: outstanding image quality, gorgeous film simulations and customizable picture settings, build is solid, pretty compact and easy to take with, battery life is very good. Cons: The autofocus modes just don't work as advertised, which is expected with Fuji. Tracking isn't too accurate and the animal modes are hit or miss. Bird tracking is dreadful. The menus are jumbled and difficult to navigate. It takes a while to learn it all.

[Employee of bestbuy] I recently switched from the Sony A7C and while some may say I made a “downgrade” due to going from a full frame system to a crop sensor system, that couldn’t be further from the truth. FujiFilm cameras give you a much more visceral experience compared to most other systems due to their classic manual controls and excellent built in film simulations. The menu system is intuitive and the quality of the pictures is nothing short of amazing. It’s a camera that gives you everything you may need even for video supporting the latest features.

Excellent camera! Compact and built for quality. Lovely.

I wanted a smaller system to carry with me everywhere I went. I have a Nikon Z6 with big lenses, and I can't comfortably take that system out with friends and family, only for more specialized occasions. So this Fujifilm XT5 is perfect, it has a more friendly retro look with great specs. The film simulations are fantastic, I can't recommend this camera enough.

Ordered and received quickly. Love the film simulations. Fun camera

Love, love, my X-T5. It’s compact, and the details it gives me, gives me joy and it’s more than enough for what I need

I’m in love with this camera it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. I’ve been using a Sony A7III and i don’t regret changing cameras

Fast delivery. A good shopping experience. Highly recommended. Very nice to take pictures too.

Very good camera. Good quality. Bestbuy is my first choice to buy it from.

Upgraded from the xt3 best decision ever love the autofocus and the new large grip and batery life

Excellent APSC Fujifilm camera with good color rendition

Its a major upgrade for me, somewhat of a learning curve, but its an amazing camera. Lots of cool features. Definitely worth the purchase.

Excelled beyond expectations. I was originally going to wait for the X100V but I’m so satisfied with what I got. Still learning, but it’s more motivating knowing I have this reliable camera.

I was hindered by prices and interest charges before. I got a deal on both.

I’ve been shooting with the Fujifilm X-T5 and it’s seriously impressive for its size. The image quality is insanely sharp, colors look amazing straight out of camera, and the manual dials make it fun to shoot. It feels solid in hand but still lightweight enough to carry all day. Perfect for street, travel, or everyday photography without lugging around a huge setup.

This camera was my second camera for work. Compared to Canon, Fujifilm doesn’t feel as comfortable or intuitive to use. However, that is balanced by the beautiful signature look of Fuji images, which I really love. I use it with the 75mm f/1.2 lens and get beautiful portraits with gorgeous bokeh. I really enjoy this camera as a creative tool, but I personally wouldn’t use it as my only camera for professional work.

As a tech engineer, I prioritize gear that delivers consistent performance, intuitive control, and real-world efficiency. The Fujifilm X-T5 hits all three. This body-only mirrorless camera is a refined tool for photographers who want high-resolution output without sacrificing portability or tactile control. Sensor & Image Quality The 40MP X-Trans CMOS 5 HR BSI sensor is a standout. It delivers exceptional detail and dynamic range, especially in low-light environments. The back-side illuminated architecture improves signal-to-noise ratio, making it suitable for both studio and field conditions. For landscape and product shooters, the 160MP pixel shift multi-shot mode adds another layer of precision. Form Factor & Handling At 50g lighter than the X-T4 and comparable in size to the original X-T1, the X-T5 strikes a balance between portability and ergonomics. The classic dial-based layout offers direct access to ISO, shutter speed, and exposure compensation—ideal for professionals who prefer tactile feedback over menu-driven interfaces. Speed & Responsiveness With 15 fps burst shooting via mechanical shutter and a max electronic shutter speed of 1/180,000, the X-T5 is well-suited for action, wildlife, and street photography. The responsiveness is immediate, and buffer handling is efficient even with high-resolution RAW files. Stabilization The internal body image stabilization (IBIS) offers up to 7 stops of compensation. This is particularly useful for handheld shooting in low light or when using legacy lenses without optical stabilization. It’s a meaningful upgrade for hybrid shooters who also capture video. Verdict The Fujifilm X-T5 is a precision instrument for photographers who demand high resolution, reliable stabilization, and intuitive control in a compact form. Whether you're shooting editorial, travel, or technical documentation, this body delivers professional-grade results without unnecessary bulk.

I was a sony shooter so this is not my first camera. I got this camera because i always loved the fuji photos. There is a uniqueness to them. i am really amazed with the photos directly out of this camera. With the ability to chose different simulatiins and reciepes and generate different jpeg out of raw file in camera, i have not used Lightroom for months. Since i am more into photography than videos, i dont have any issues with the autofocus. I have sold one of my sony and using my other sony as webcam and which i am planning to sell soon for more lenses for my xt-5.

The Fuji X-T5 is an absolute gem of a camera! It is easy to use, takes incredible photos, and it a perfect size to easily carry around

There’s nothing bad to say about the Fuji XT-5. Everything, from size to screen to EVF to price is amazing. The 40.2 MP sensor is stunning and delivers incredible images. The autofocus is divine and super quick and accurate on this camera. Even when using this camera for sports, I get very very few misses. The EVF is also amazing, especially it’s super high quality. I also love the 3-way tilt screen, coming from a flip-out I 100% prefer the three-way tilt (note: I focus primarily on photography, which is what the screen is made for). I definitely would recommend this camera to anyone with the budget for it. I love it and enjoy shooting with it.
