I love this rare to find series from the co founder of studio ghibli

This is a fantastically fun series! All the things you love about Miyazaki's work begin here! His character development, pacing of the action, and of course, heart! I'm so glad I picked up this collection, and no Studio Ghibli film library should be considered complete without it!

What fantastic character development what an awesome awesome first time series as a director for Miyazaki it's true Miyazaki style you cannot go wrong

An interesting series from the man who would later put Studio Ghibli on the American map. Definitely a precursor to Castle in the Sky and Valley of the Wind.

Didn’t know this existed. Great story. It is old school. But the animation is great and it’s a ghibli film. Can’t ask for more.

I’m still finishing this 1 but is getting more n more interesting. Either way Miyazaki rules!!!

Early Miyazaki is still just as good, definitely pick up if you liked Castle in the Sky.

Hayao Miyazaki. Enough said. Great if you are a fan of Studio Ghibli. Definitely recommended.

The Blu-ray came as quick as possible.I have yet to see it since it is from the same director from such classics as my neighbor totoro and spirited away.
